   Denise Pancari
  President, Remcal Products 

  University of Pennsylvania, BA Economics and Mathematics (1976). The Wharton School, MBA Finance and Decision Sciences (1981). Over twenty years of combined management consulting experience with Wharton Econometric Forecasting Associates, Stanford Research Institute, and Deloitte and Touche Management Consulting Division. Led small business turnarounds and new business ventures involving the application of new technologies. Prior to becoming an owner of Remcal, Ms. Pancari successfully marketed, negotiated and closed a technology licensing deal with Bristol-Myers, Squibb for a new venture of which she was a principal.

 

   Paul Wheeler 
   Senior Design Engineer

  University of Wisconsin, BSME (1977). Over twenty-nine years of design engineering experience, primarily in the high-tech aerospace/defense industry, design experience with electromechanical and electronic instrumentation, controls and integrated switch panels.

 

    Mike Nessen 
  Senior Design Engineer

  Temple University, BS, Mechanical Engineering (1979). Drexel University, MS Engineering Management, (1983). Over twenty-six years design engineering and manufacturing experience with electro-mechanical parts and assemblies used in medical and industrial instrumentation. Subsystem engineering and design experience using cutting edge technologies such as ultrasonic systems, micron positioning systems, optics systems and high-speed motion systems.

 

   Dave Pora 
  Custom Molding Product Manager

   Over twenty-five years of mold making experience and plastic injection molding experience. Background in CNC programming and design software.

 

   Nate Bower 
  Battery Product Line Manager 

  Massachusettes Institute of Technology, BSME (1998) with honors. Nine years design and production engineering experience.
