Service & Repair

     Unlike traditional repair houses, Remcal specializes in taking on repair projects where repair documentation is not published and/or replacement parts are not available for purchase. Remcal uses its in-house engineering and manufacturing capabilities to document repair processes and to reverse engineer and manufacture high quality parts required for repair. In most situations, the materials that Remcal specifies have been field tested and proven in similar applications which reduces part development or repair time.

     Most repair projects we take on are complex and require reverse engineering and developing of parts to drive scrap rates low and keep in service life high.

 

Customers come to us for these solutions:

- Cannot find or quickly obtain specific parts for a third party repair.

- The desire to drive costs out of the parts they currently use.

- The need to purchase the expensive "Higher Assembly" when only a small piece part (which is not     available) is all that is required to complete the repair.

- Manufacture parts and/or create a repair process to drive scrap rates towards zero.
